Printed rates are based on up to three for most units; larger unit rates are for up to four. Each additional person is $15 per day. Rollaways are available for $15 per day. Children 12 and under are free. The Mill House Lodge will not refund nor prorate for early check-outs. Rates are subject to NC tax and a Henderson County Occupancy Tax. Rentals over 90 days are not subject to tax.
Rates are subject to change without notice. Check-out time is 11:00 AM and check-in time is after 3:00 PM. Office hours are; Season 9 AM to 8 PM, Mid-Season 9 AM to 7 PM and Saver Season 9 AM to 6 PM. If you plan to check in after office hours, please call to make arrangements.
To guarantee your reservations a deposit is required. We accept Cash, Personal Checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Cancellations prior to cancel date will receive a refund of the deposit less administrative fee of $10.
